you can always vote for anything and one can always argue on legality. what really matters is if that vote actually counts for something - and i think at this point, these are just "trend anaylzers" of sorts to help the media get the general sentiment from the public. this interesting clash video website at http://www.pollclash.com clashes videos and have users vote which video they like best with three consideration/factors to think of. i think it is a good idea, but should never sway your vote eitherway. a vote is a vote is a vote.
